NikonSMZ25

The Nikon SMZ25 is an advanced stereomicroscope that integrates both macroscopic and microscopic imaging capabilities, making it highly versatile for a wide range of biomedical research applications. The system features a dual-camera setup, enabling the acquisition of images in bright field and epi-fluorescence modes, utilizing four fluorophore filter sets: DAPI, GFP, CY3, and CY5.

The microscope includes a specialized sample stage, designed to accommodate large specimens, including multi-well plates (96, 24, and 6 wells), with dimensions of up to 150 mm × 100 mm. Additionally, it is equipped with a micromanipulation station, allowing for the precise injection of fluorescent dyes and reagents, with real-time observation of their effects. This combination of advanced imaging, precise manipulation, and large-sample compatibility makes the SMZ25 a powerful research tool in fields such as developmental biology, neurobiology, pathology, and cellular and biomolecular mechanism studies.
